Shannon Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Shannon is a recognized technology leader known for creating the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals. Shannon offers a unique blend of executive acumen, team building, and IT solutions development, with a track record of strong operational excellence. Previously, Shannon served as the Chief Operations Officer of Primescape Solutions, Inc., effectively leading the company from a small business 8(a) to a capable and customer-focused mid-tier systems integrator. Shannon has positioned a seasoned management team, enabling Primescape to integrate business development with operations, increase operational efficiency, and establish strong relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Primescape Solutions, Inc., Shannon served as a corporate executive at Economics Systems, Inc., where she expanded the company’s reach into new IT areas and generated increased revenue for the company’s flagship retirement and human resources software. Shannon previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Civilian Operations at ATS where she managed a $54 million program after playing an integral role in the merger of ATS and FEDSAC. Earlier in her career, Shannon managed various organizations at PRC (now Northrup Grumman) and Syllogistics.

Shannon is a contributing member of the world’s leading chief executive organization—Vistage. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from George Mason University.

Kathy Danner, Vice President

Kathy joined Primescape in May, 2010 and has more than 27 years of information technology experience. Kathy has experience in all aspects of IT support, ranging from application development to her current role of management and oversight.  As Program Director, Kathy is responsible for overseeing work at the Department of Treasury. In addition, Kathy assists the business development organization with technical proposals and solutions to address client requirements.

Prior to joining Primescape, Kathy, served as Vice President at ATS Corporation, providing management support services for civilian agencies, including the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Department of Education (ED), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of Agriculture. Kathy also worked closely with the corporate ISO and CMMI project manager to ensure the continued success of these programs.

Bob Pick, Vice President

Bob joined Primescape in March of 2015 with over 25 years of experience as an operational Leader with demonstrated success in technology planning and execution to support strategic business objectives. Bob is experienced with all phases of systems development, enterprise project management, and program administration. He has directed the program management and program development activities ensuring successful delivery of federal civilian projects. Since joining Primescape, Bob is responsible for directing short and long-term strategic business development projects.  He works closely with executive management to source and assess new business opportunities in-line with the Company’s corporate strategy.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2000.

David D’Agostino, Chief Information Officer

As the top IT executive at Primescape, David is focused on aligning IT initiatives with business strategy to improve the delivery of products and services to our customers. David joined Primescape in May 2012 with over 20 years experience in technical infrastructure, telecom, and the design, development, and management of information systems.

Before joining Primescape, David was the IT Director at ATS Corporation, where he led the transformation from multiple silos of information, infrastructure, and services to a highly integrated virtual environment. He also introduced the ITIL Framework and was a member of the Management Steering Committee that reviewed and approved all business process improvements under an ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS).  Prior to ATS, David was responsible for internal systems at Headstrong (then James Martin & Co.), defining their enterprise architecture and leading global implementations of business and financial systems.

A native of Washington, D.C., David holds a B.S. in Communications from James Madison University and an M.S. in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University.

Bob Dacanay, Founder and Chairman

 When Bob founded Primescape Solutions, Inc., in 1998, he was guided by a vision: To create a company totally committed to the success of the client. How was he to achieve this? The key, he realized, was in the workforce: He had to establish a company whose employees “bought into” this vision. To do this, he created a set of core values for Primescape employees: integrity, mutual respect, teamwork, creativity and innovation.

During the intervening years, Bob has overseen Primescape’s growth from being a company with 2 employees to one that has made the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies, the Washington Technology Fast 50 Government Contractors, and the FedSource Top 25 Small Businesses.

Bob is a successful entrepreneur and seasoned business executive with over 20 years of executive leadership, strategic business planning, business development, and management experience. Before starting Primescape, he was Vice President for The Orkand Corporation, managing the world-wide modernization of the Consular Systems for the Department of State. Prior to Orkand, his industry experience include management and business development positions in a number of Information Technology firms. Bob received his Ph.D. in Psychology from American University.
